HighGrain Brewing Co, Brentwood, 9176 Winton Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231, USA
Über die Veranstaltung
The theme for our next “Cincideutsch Culinary Discovery Trek” is rooted in the history and habit of Deutsche Gemütlichkeit.
Germans did not invent beer, but German monasteries have been producing the “liquid bread” for mass consumption since around the end of the first millennium.
Cincinnati’s brewing boom in the 1800s was largely fueled by German immigrants who brought their brewing traditions.
What better reason do we need to get together to enjoy learning more about beer brewing and also have the opportunity to taste some of the liquid bread!
Join us at the HighGrain Brewing Co on Thu May 15, 2025
We will kick off with a tour at 7:00PM where Matt Utter, CEO & Brewmaster at HighGrain, who trained at König Ludwig in Germany, will take us through the process and the dos and don’ts of the brewing process together with some tasting sessions.
Afterwards you will be able to mingle in the taproom and enjoy some of their beers and food items.
Please RSVP if you would like to join. We will send out a confirmation with additional information.
As always, if you plan to drink, please arrange your transportation accordingly.
If you have any questions before, feel free to to reach out to via email to Michael.Peters@Cincideutsch.com
